Read & Play opens Pocket ScoZu, ScoZu running on your phone: read your books, play Scoutle and the ZumiZen puzzles, and use Feeds, Flip It and ScoZmic. Add books from Manage, or share an EPUB to ScoZu from Files, Safari or Mail.
On the X4 Pro, open Connect › Wi-Fi Transfer. In the app, tap the X4 Pro row and follow the steps; the X4 Pro asks you to allow the phone. Both need to be on the same Wi-Fi. Settings › Connections › Paired Phones on the X4 Pro lists your phones and can remove one.
From the app: share a link or file to ScoZu and pick your X4 Pro. It waits in the app until the X4 Pro is on the same Wi-Fi.
From the X4 Pro: hold a book, document, picture or Card and choose Send to iPhone. It joins the waiting list; press Send Now, with the app open on the same Wi-Fi. Things keep the folder they're in on the X4 Pro.
ScoZu Cloud keeps your X4 Pro and the app in step: where you are in each book, highlights and notes, bookmarks, settings such as text size, reading speed, stats, game progress and the sites you follow in Feeds. It also backs up your ScoZu every day.
To connect a device, open Settings › Connections › ScoZu Cloud on it and scan the code with your phone, or sign in at cloud.thatmess.com and enter the code. Sync runs when the X4 Pro sleeps and wakes, or once a day, and whenever it goes online for Wi-Fi Transfer or Send to iPhone; Connect › Sync Now syncs at once.
Books and articles themselves don't go through ScoZu Cloud: each device keeps its own copies.
Settings › Connections › ScoZu Cloud › See and Restore lists what's backed up. Pick one to restore it on this device, or Everything to restore them all at once.
Sign in at cloud.thatmess.com, choose Delete Account… and type DELETE. Your account and everything stored with it are removed at once. What's on your devices stays.
Use the installer with Chrome or Edge on a computer and a USB-C cable, or put the update file on the SD card. Updating is the same: install again. Your books and settings stay on the SD card.
No ads, no analytics, no tracking. The privacy policy says exactly what ScoZu Cloud keeps.
